We implement a strict four‑stage quality inspection process:
Stage 1 – Incoming Material Inspection: All fabrics and accessories are batch‑sampled by our QC team to verify composition (weight, density, colorfastness, shrinkage), appearance (color difference, broken yarn, stains, holes, pilling), and accessory specifications (zippers, buttons, labels, wash care tags). Non‑conforming batches are returned to suppliers.
Stage 2 – In‑Process Inspection: QC personnel conduct on‑site patrol inspections throughout production, covering cutting accuracy, sewing stitch density and neatness, and special processes (buttonholes, gluing, interlining, edge binding). Issues are corrected immediately.
Stage 3 – 100% Finished Product Inspection: Every finished garment is individually inspected – size measurements (chest, shoulder, length, sleeve, etc.), overall appearance (symmetry, color consistency, thread trimming), and functional testing (zipper smoothness, button strength, elastic recovery). Non‑conforming items are reworked or scrapped.
Stage 4 – Pre‑Shipment Re‑Inspection: Before packing and shipping, our warehouse team checks style/size accuracy, external condition, packaging integrity, and quantity to ensure every order is complete and correct.

We highly recommend Alibaba Trade Assurance. We also accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, and other methods upon negotiation. Standard terms: 30% deposit in advance, with the balance before shipment.

After deposit and sample confirmation, regular orders typically take 10–15 days, depending on order quantity and current production schedule.
